Most sheets are 1448 × 1086 px; Heal is 1254 × 1254 px. Heavy Hit and Landing Dust use custom frame regions supplied in their atlas maps. The PNG sheets can be used in other engines with those maps.

Try three effects

The free browser sampler includes Slash, Impact and Heal. Pause, scrub the timeline, change playback speed and inspect transparency on dark, light or checker backgrounds. The animated gallery shows the full set.

Godot setup

Copy addons/hit_fx into your project, instantiate an effect scene and place it at the contact point. It plays once and frees itself. You can disable automatic cleanup for pooling, replay an instance, or step through its timeline. Neighboring-frame blending is optional.

Tested with Godot 4.6.2 and 4.7.2. This is a 2D flipbook pack. Sounds, characters and environments are not included.

License and artwork

Commercial use and modification are allowed under the included MIT license. Keep the license notice when redistributing covered files. Demo fonts have separate SIL OFL notices.

The sprite artwork was generated with ImageGen. Frame regions, ground anchors, timing and the Godot integration were prepared separately. The previews show the supplied effects. No exclusivity is promised.
